Martin has spent 20 years in the hospitality and leisure industry holding senior executive roles leading multi site brands at Operations Director level. Biography

Hospitality degree educated with qualifications in Executive Coaching, Accelerated Learning and numerous supportive leadership qualifications. Martin is a member of the Chartered Institute of Managers and the Institute of Hospitality and is accredited by the Institute of Leadership and Management and the International Coaching Academy. He is a passionate practitioner of personal effectiveness, a licensed Franklin Covey trainer, a trained mountain leader and qualified coach.

As a learning facilitator Martin is confident, positive and experienced in presenting to varying group sizes & audiences from small workshops and one to one coaching sessions up to large conferences and enjoys building fun into activities to support learning. He works in an atmosphere of trust, support & positive challenge and seeks to make a positive difference for others, helping them to achieve more. Martin specialises in leadership, personal effectiveness, team building & coaching along with hospitality focused training. Martin also provides problem solving and business development support and covers many areas including change projects, performance turnaround, offer development, site identification and investment planning
